To make your wedding planning as simple as possible, our packages are all-inclusive with full
day property hire. Tailor your wedding day to their specific vision and budget on your own
personalised canvas.

Property and Venue Rental

Couples will have exclusive access to both their chosen outdoor ceremony site and the reception area The Shed. These fresh slate spaces have been designed to capture the property's natural beauty, featuring scenic vineyard views, a rustic yet elegant backdrop, and a layout that accommodates intimate to mid-sized gatherings. Along with the large indoor space that we call The Shed, Flinders Peak also includes space for a marquee or tipi setup.

Parking

Ample on-site parking will be provided for guests, vendors, and bridal party vehicles. The parking area will be clearly marked and easily accessible from the main entrance. Where needed, arrangements for shuttle services or transport coordination can be supported.

On-Site Coordination (Day-of Coordinator)

A dedicated on-the-day event coordinator will be included in all bookings. This experienced professional will ensure that the wedding runs smoothly from setup to pack down, liaising with vendors, managing the schedule, and assisting the couple and their guests throughout the day. The goal is to remove stress and provide a calm, organised environment on the wedding day.

Furniture and Decor Inclusions

To simplify planning and reduce external rental costs, the venue will provide a curated selection of furniture, such as ceremony seating, reception tables and chairs, signing tables, an arch,, basic lighting, and styling elements in keeping with the venue's rustic, country shabby chic aesthetic.

Customise with Partnered Vendors

We will offer couples access to a vetted list of preferred vendors who align with our values and aesthetic. These trusted partners will include caterers, photographers, videographers, florists, celebrants, entertainment providers, and stylists/planners. Couples are welcome to choose from this list or bring in their own vendors, as long as they meet venue guidelines.
